At Coffee Cup Solutions, sustainability is not just a buzzword. It is central to how we operate. From planting trees for every new customer we welcome, to running carbon neutral IT services, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of technology.
We partner with verified reforestation programmes to plant 25 trees for every new customer. To date, that is over 3,235 trees planted and growing, absorbing CO2 and restoring natural habitats.

All of our managed IT services are delivered carbon neutral. We offset our operational emissions through verified carbon offset programmes.

Responsible Hardware Disposal
Old equipment is recycled or refurbished through certified WEEE partners, keeping e-waste out of landfill and extending hardware lifecycles.

Tree Planting Programme
We plant 25 trees for every new customer through verified reforestation projects. Each tree absorbs approximately 22kg of CO2 per year.
Carbon Offset
We measure and offset our annual carbon footprint, currently 29 tonnes, through certified carbon offset schemes.
Energy Efficient Infrastructure
Our recommended cloud and hosting solutions use renewable energy powered data centres, reducing the carbon footprint of our clients IT.
Paperless Operations
From digital contracts to electronic invoicing, we have eliminated paper from our day-to-day operations wherever possible.
The Impact So Far
Every tree planted through our programme contributes to reforestation, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. Our growing forest absorbs over 71 tonnes of CO2 per year - equivalent to driving 175,000 miles in an average car.
